Cracks cut open and filled with repair material — C&J project photo

After diamond grinding and vacuuming, we cut open any and all cracks, fill cracks and pitting with a 2-part repair material, then grind it smooth once cured.

Step 1: Diamond grinding

We diamond grind the floor and vacuum up all the dust.

Step 2: Open the cracks

We cut open any and all cracks so the repair material can fill them properly.

Step 3: Fill and grind smooth

Cracks and pitting are filled with our 2-part repair material, then ground back down smooth once it's cured.
